  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
  • 1 handful of frozen grapes or berries 
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons of natural greek yogurt
  • A dash of almond milk
