Healthy Hummus
Hummus is a tasty dip made predominately from mashed chickpeas. Chop up some of your favourite vegetables and enjoy this healthy dip alternative.
Preparation time: 10 mins
Ingredients:

1 can of chickpeas, rinsed

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tbsp tahini

2 tsp cumin
-
1/4 cup olive oil
-
2 garlic cloves, crushed

Himilayan sea salt & pepper
Method:

Blend together all ingredients in a blender.

Enjoy!
