15 Minute Summer Body Blast
Summer is knocking on the door and you’ve stripped off those winter clothes only to realise that you may have let your fitness slip a little over the cooler months. It’s time to squeeze in some last minute workouts and get you ready for summer.
So get those new shoes on, freshen up that playlist and let’s get ready for the beach!
The aim of these circuits is to complete as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes. Try to complete the workout at least once a week so you can improve on your results.
